Last Updated: June 12, 2023

Your privacy is important to RFLX LLC and (“RFLX” “we,” or “us”), so we’ve developed this Privacy Policy to explain how we use your personal information. When we use the term “personal information” in this Privacy Policy, we mean information about you that is personally identifiable to you.

In order to understand how we use your personal information, we need to explain RFLX’s legal organization because it affects how we use your personal information. As further described in our Terms and Conditions, RFLX operates the Service. An independent group of clinical practices (“Medical Group”) provides the licensed professionals who treat you on the Service. An independent pharmacy (“Pharmacy”) provides the prescription fulfillment services available through the Service. For purposes of this Privacy Policy, the terms “you” and “yours” refer to the person using the Service, or in the case of a use of the Service by or on behalf of a minor, “you” and “yours” refer to and include (i) the parent or legal guardian who provides consent to the use of the Service by such minor or uses the Service on behalf of the minor, and (ii) the minor for whom consent is being provided or on whose behalf the Service is being utilized. Each of RFLX, the Medical Group, and Pharmacy (collectively, “RFLX”, “we”, and “us”) may use and disclose your personal information collected through the Service, but how we use and disclose that information depends on whether it is health information or another type of personal information.

RFLX is not a “covered entity” or a “business associate” under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, Public Law 104-191 (collectively, “HIPAA”) at this time. It is important to note that HIPAA does not necessarily apply to an entity or person simply because there is health information involved. HIPAA will not apply to any or all of your transactions or communications with RFLX. However, we believe that your health information should have heightened privacy protections, which are also required by certain state privacy laws. All collection, use, and disclosure of your health information through the Service is governed by the Medical Group’s Health Information Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose your other personal information that is not health information. By using the Service, you agree that we can collect and use your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. All capitalized terms in this Privacy Policy not defined herein shall have the meaning set forth in the Terms and Conditions.

When we delete personal information, it will be deleted from the active database, but may remain in our archives (subject to applicable law) and we may also retain anonymous information about your use of our services. Once we disclose some of your personal information to third parties, we may not be able to access that personal information any longer and cannot force the deletion or modification of any such information by the parties to whom we have made those disclosures.
